Spent a week at The Waverly, and it was excellent. With 10 people, there was plenty of space with large bedrooms and bathrooms. And it was very charming. The hosts were very easy to communicate with!!!

We were immediately greeted with a pristine interior and plenty of space to accommodate our group of 5 couples to enjoy our 44th year of friendship. Bedrooms and en-suites easily made for comfortable private quarters with spacious showers and plenty of hot water. WiFi was accessible from anywhere on the 3 levels. The common areas provided for ample space to tell all the same old stories or nap while watching football or play a loud game of cards. Kitchen was well equipped with functional appliances and spacious counters. We easily parked all 5 vehicles securely inside the rear gate (accessible via paved alley) providing simple exit for our local excursions. Communicating with our host was easy, pleasant, and timely. Having stayed in many locations over the years, we rate the Waverly among the very top. A truly first class experience!

If you are looking to host a larger group in a great Nashville location, you found your place! We had 10 adults with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of areas to separate if needed. The photos on line don’t do the house justice! One point to note, the 2 bedrooms on the main floor share a bathroom that we had to come up with a system to notify when the bathroom was in use which was not a problem for us. The other bathrooms were a great size with wonderful water pressure. There was a small charcoal grill that we did not end up using but we were happy to see a crockpot there. There was more than enough towels, dishes, linens and pillows. Lots of windows with only light window coverings so if you need total darkness, you may want to bring a sleep mask. The home was clean and the managing company was quick to respond to messages that we had. The location was great and there were plenty of areas to park. If you stay here, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic place, highly recommended. This is a great property to go with multiple people or couples with everyone being able to receive a requisite amount of private time in space.

Perfect home for a group get away

We surprise my husband for 40tb birthday in this home. It was the perfect place for group to stay together, but have their own private area. They had every thing we needed and the location was central to everything. We all really enjoyed the character of the home. Such an overall great experience.

Multiple Couples Traveling

We had a group of six married couples all 55 years old or older and without any children. We really enjoyed the large gathering areas around the kitchen where we could all sit to play games or visit. The rooms were all very adequate for us, with enough bathrooms to accommodate our needs. The house is very convenient to numerous eating places, as well as a short drive to downtown. There was an issue upon arrival that any reasonable person who either owns a rental property or their own place could understand. I reported it and it was dealt with as soon as possible and just as you would hope it would.

This place has so much potential and it’s mostly beautiful, but we arrived to super sticky floors and sticky countertops. Most of the furniture has rips and stains on it and a few pieces were broken. The rugs were dingy, which with large stains in areas and the carpet in the downstairs bedroom had a lot of staining. One of the quilts had what looked like blood splatter on it. I didn’t receive the code prior to arrival so I had to reach out upon arrival. He did give me the access code, but it was a hassle to have to chase after the info. The Wi-Fi information was not displayed anywhere and we were busy so we waited to ask and then I was given the wrong information. The manager was nice but there was just poor communication. We were given the layout of the house and told there was a bedroom in the basement but little did we know the basement was actually more like a dungeon, with no windows or doors, which is incredibly unsafe. Pretty sure it’s not even legal to have bedrooms down there with no egress. No one felt safe sleeping down there so we had to share rooms and we were not prepared to do that, someone was even on the floor on a mattress upstairs. We are all family and tried to be positive so we still had a good time, despite all of this, I just wanted to share my experience in case somebody else was planning on that basement being a sleeping area, because I definitely wouldn’t recommend it. I did share the cleanliness issues

The house is beautiful with so much character. There was enough beds and rooms to hold 12 of us with having plenty of space. It was perfect for the weekend to house out of town guests for our daughter’s wedding.

A group of 7 guys stayed here while on the TN Whiskey Trail. We had a great time. Perfect location for hitting the trail or spending time in nearby downtown Nashville. Listing is accurate and the house worked great for our large group. Would definitely look to stay here again on a future large group trip.

Incredible positive experience

I rented this house for myself + bridal party for my wedding week and could not be happier with my decision. This house is so special and was the ice cream, sprinkles and cherry on top to my fantastic week. Property Manager + other involved parties were very generous and nice- offering at one point to help me find a pet sitter + stock the fridge etc. The house is gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated, very spacious and the beds were very comfortable (rare experience for me in a rental space haha). Loved that even with such a large group we all had a private space to take a break. Location was great- with coffee, restaurants and shops all in walking distance. Really really grateful for the experience- my friends and I are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

Just as great as advertised

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The house is in a great location and it's roomy and clean just as advertised. However, there was only 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 garbage bags there, and we were a group of 17. But the hosts were super responsive and brought some to us right away. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent home for group of 16

This home was perfect for our family. We loved the character of the home. They did a great job with all of the bathrooms. The location is super convenient. Close to downtown, but not in it. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything was super easy with check-in. Only thing was the Wi-Fi didn't work in dining room and some other areas of the house. We worked it out with our Hotspot, but when hosting larger groups, having good Wi-Fi is important.
