Please put all used dishes and utensils in dishwasher and dont start.
Please leave the trash in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and marijuana use are absolutely not allowed inside or anywhere in my home. Tempering smoke detectors strictly prohibited.
No loud noise or music allowed during quite hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Kindly turn off all lights and TV when going out to help save energy.
No outside shoes are allowed inside home. Please keep the place neat and clean. Take garbage out and leave inside the garage when checking out.

The house was in a quiet location, very near to many restaurants and a Dollar store, but no grocery store. The place was clean and tidy and furnished minimally. One of the 3 beds was a full size instead of the advertised queen size. The dishwasher was not connected so was not in use during our stay. We did not have hot water our first day which was very inconvenient but it started to work the next day. Limited towels and no extra bedding or iron/ironing board. If you need to use the washer and dryer it’s available but house rules stated that it can not be used unless it’s after 7pm daily. This was difficult for us since we washed the towels and bedding but then had to wait for them to dry before use. We also found it was hot most nights upstairs since the thermostat resets itself to a higher temperature in the early morning hours. The bedroom downstairs stays the coldest out of the three bedrooms. Overall we had a good stay and liked a lot of the restaurants that were in walking distance. The host did respond promptly when we communicated with them.

We were super excited to rent this 3bed 3bath condo for our family vacation. It was new and quaint and very cute on the inside. But traveling from the US to Canada it wasn’t the ideal stay. We were forwarned to bring towels because for what we’ve reason each bathroom only had one. Also forwarned that we might have to wait a few mins for hot water. We waited a whole day and then once it started working the next day we encountered the same issue before it worked itself out. No iron or ironing board anywhere on the premises which was bizarre me. Beds weren’t at all comfortable but we made it work. We had a great time in Toronto but I’d not stay here again. Moving forward please add towels for guests, iron, thermostat instructions and get a bigger hot water tank.

Many newly built homes in Canada are equipped with energy-efficient tankless water heaters. These systems heat water only when it is being used, which means it can sometimes take a little longer for hot water to reach the tap, especially if the property has been vacant for a few days. This is not unique to my home but is common with this type of system. We had already informed the guest about this before their stay. Aside from mentioning the hot water on the first day, they did not communicate any further concerns or request additional towels, which we would have been happy to provide. Unfortunately, the guest also did not respect the checkout time and was rude in their interactions. Based on this experience, I would not be comfortable hosting this guest again.

This place was a great choice to stay during our World Cup trip. Outside the city but not too far from the downtown venues. Our host was the best part of the experience. Kaniz was extremely accommodating from the very beginning; extending our days without a problem. she also let some of us drop our luggage before our check in. And personally addressed some minor issues to ensure our stay was pleasant at all times. all around a very good experience; safe, clean and convenient.
