Welcome to Costa Bonita Private Villas. We are nestled in the beautiful Costa Bonita Beach Resort complex in Culebra, Puerto Rico! We're excited to offer you cozy short-term rentals throughout the year.

Our complex features the largest infinity pool in Culebra, which includes a children's pool and a jacuzzi. This amenity is essential, as you might want to take a refreshing swim in the morning or unwind in the afternoon after a day spent at the beach.

The property features a main bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a queen-size futon in the living room. It includes a premium mattress and hypoallergenic foam pillows for your comfort. The kitchenette is fully equipped, featuring a glass-top stove, an espresso machine, a standard coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a small refrigerator, as well as a range of kitchenware and utensils. You'll find phone charging stations on the bedside stands, as well as two flat-screen Samsung Smart televisions with Dish satellite service. Additionally, the property provides beach towels and chairs for each guest, along with both large and small coolers.

You can unwind on the balcony and enjoy the stunning views of the turquoise bay and mesmerizing sunsets. The panoramic vista from our balcony is perfect for captivating photographs of the ocean, sky, and moonlight that showcase Culebra's paradise, making it a must-visit spot for photography enthusiasts.

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, in accordance with condominium association regulations and fire department codes. We'll follow this policy strictly.

Culebra Island is considered a secure travel destination. To further enhance security, our complex features include controlled access gates at the entrance and security cameras in multiple locations. Our villas are equipped with security cameras in the lobbies, and we provide unique security codes to all registered guests.

We strive to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Please follow these rules to maintain comfort for everyone:

- To rent at our properties you must be 25 years or older. We do not rent to people in large groups. -
- No smoking or pets.
- No parties or events.
- Avoid hanging wet towels on the balcony.
- Barbecues are not allowed.
- Return borrowed items.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight.
- Quiet hours: 11 PM to 6 AM.
