Perfect home base to resorts!

Welcome to our spacious, newly renovated condo in the heart of the Rockies! The ground floor offers a half bath with laundry, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated dining area, and large living space with gas fireplace. The Dillon Reservoir is 1.2 miles away with restaurant options and water activities in the summer months. For winter months, Dillon is centrally located to many ski resorts.

The unit is professionally cleaned after each stay.

The space was renovated in the fall of 2020. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops, and appliances. It is fully stocked, including a coffee pot, crock pot, and electric kettle. There is also a new tankless gas water heater.

Both TVs are already logged into a YouTube TV account. The TVs can also be logged into Hulu, Netflix, Prime TV, etc through your own personal account (be sure to log out!)

Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, each with full bathrooms and king beds. The larger bedroom also has a queen sized murphy bed.

2 parking permits available for use. Parking is on a first come, first served basis.

Distance to ski resorts: 7.6 miles to Keystone (15 min drive), 12.2 miles to Arapahoe Basin (18 min drive), 12.6 miles to Copper (15 min drive), 16.6 miles to Breckenridge (25 min drive), and 32 miles to Vail (35 min drive).

The back patio has trees that provide some privacy from the parking lot. On the other side of the parking lot is a grassy area with a picnic table, creek, and a mountain view .
