The Grand Primary Bedroom is a private suite with panoramic views, a designer bathroom with double vanity, oversized glass shower, granite, travertine and log accents. The primary suite features a private entrance and large south facing deck.

Dont forget about the huge covered back deck which is the perfect area for year round entertaining, and private hot tub to soak away your cares while gazing at the lake, mountains, or stars.

Downstairs at Lago Vista you will find a spacious family room with HDTV, plenty of seating, games, and card table. The custom murphy bed folds down from the wall and has a high end mattress for a comfortable night. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed, and private bathroom with clawfoot soaking tub. Bedroom 3 has one twin bed and a captains bunks with full on bottom, twin on top , and full bathroom in the family room.

Located in the heart of Dillon, close to great local restaurants, bars and breweries plus the Dillon Marina. Just minutes to Keystone Ski Area, and I-70. The free bus stop is 1/4 mile from the house. There is a 2 car oversized garage, plus spacious mud room for ski gear storage. This home is child friendly with high chair and pack n play crib, plus toys and books.

Pet friendly. There is a $100 pet fee per pet that will be added on after booking. Pets must not be left unattended. Crates are provided to crate dogs when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture, couches, etc. If pet hair is found in beds, couches or on blankets there will be an additional minimum $200 cleaning fee charged. This home is professionally cleaned and we personally inspect each home before you check in. Basic cleaning supplies are provided for guests.
