A large contemporary house with extensive glazing and views of a private lake bordered by a spring-fed river, in the middle of the forest. The house is 8 min by car from Mount Sutton with it's ski resort, pedestrian trails and cross-country skiing and a 5-minute drive from Sutton village where you will find it's restaurants, cafes, parks and boutiques. It is located near the Missisquoi river where you will find its kayaking activities.
The property includes a detached guest house, ideal for hosting guests from time to time.
