The house is 8 min by car from Mount Sutton with it's ski resort, pedestrian trails and cross-country skiing and a 5-minute drive from Sutton village where you will find it's restaurants, cafes, parks and boutiques. It is located near the Missisquoi river where you will find its kayaking activities.
