The home was clean on the inside, but the outside was a mess. Overgrown weeds, peeling paint on home and other structures. Steps going upstairs were extremely steep. Upstairs toilet would not flush. Called Ami that was listed for issues and she told me she was no longer associated to this home. Called the owner that was listed with no answers. Called evolve and they contacted owner. Owner came and tried to fix it and couldn't so called plumber to come the next day. Was unable to lock door with the keypad. So all in all, the place needs some TLC and maintenance.

Clean home in an excellent location! Kids had a fun time going to the beach everyday that was walking distance.
