Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout: 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late departure: $50 for first 30 min, +$100 for next hour. After 1:00 PM, full nightly rate applies. Please request early if needed!
Gather used towels & place in bathroom/laundry area.
Load dirty dishes into dishwasher or wash them.
Take out trash/recycling to designated bins.
Any damage found by guests during stay, missing items, or issues caused by guest(s) will result in full charges to the guest. Guests are fully responsible and liable for all damages or losses.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
