Beautiful big home with plenty of amenities for us all. Kids loved it and so did we. The views are great and in close proximity to whale watching, shopping and some of our favorite restaurants.

Pictures are deceiving. Property is not as close to ocean as we had expected. The house has an unobstructed view of the ocean from the deck, but there is current construction happening so this will not remain the case. The house layout was comfortable, but beds were not! Very limited supplies. The property is super close to the cute little town.

I'm sorry the home's distance to the water wasn't what you expected - we intentionally captured the property from above in several photos in the listing so guests can see that the ocean is a drive away. I also apologize the beds weren't comfortable for you. While we accept that bed comfort is, in large part, a personal preference, we will still have our housekeeping team inspect them for any quality concerns. Our housekeeping team has also just revamped our soap supply kits, and they now include more of everything so our guests don't worry about running out. We truly appreciate you sharing your observations with us.

Aside from a few communication delays/confusion at the very beginning of our stay, my family had a wonderful time at this property! There was plenty of room for our group of 6 adults, 1 child, and 1 pet.We loved the open concept layout, and the location was amazing, we were able to see whales in the distance right from the balcony! The house was brand new, clean and well-equipped with appliances like an air fryer, a hot water maker, a couple of different coffee makers, and other misc. items.As other reviewers have mentioned, the views are currently unobstructed, though that may change once the surrounding neighborhood is fully built out. We also loved how quiet and empty the neighborhood was, we barely saw anyone except for a cute deer family, which made it feel private and like our own little retreat.Would love to come back before construction is finished!

This property was super clean, everything still seems brand new! Our family of six (4 adults and 2 teens) had plenty of space to relax. Our son enjoyed all the video games! Hot tub was clean and worked great.Neighborhood is still in early development phase so while we were there it was extremely quiet. Currently super great unobstructed views of the ocean from upper deck and lower patio.We experienced super nice weather so spent a lot of time relaxing outside. Kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance needed for cooking in the huge kitchen!
