● The number of guests staying must match the number specified at the time of reservation. If we discover any false declarations or an excess number of guests, we will charge a penalty of 20,000 yen per person.
● Please treat the facilities and appliances with care. In the event of damage caused by intentional or negligent acts, you may be required to pay for the repairs at actual cost.
● If bedding is found to be soiled or significantly stained, you may be required to pay for cleaning or replacement costs.
● Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
● Hair colouring or dyeing in the room or bathroom is prohibited.
● If you use kitchen utensils, please be sure to wash and clean them.
● Visitors and overnight guests other than registered guests are strictly prohibited.
