Designed for connection and comfort Limoncello is a spacious two-storey home made for easy holiday living. Whether it’s a family beach break or a getaway with friends, this is where everyone can find their own rhythm.

Downstairs open-plan living and dining spaces flow onto sunny decks and a tropical garden that hums with birdsong. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen, large island bench and quality appliances makes family meals a pleasure, while the outdoor dining area is perfect for long lunches that stretch into the evening.

The kids will love the outdoor cubby house and wide grassy area to play, while adults can unwind in the pool or relax in the private sauna after a day at the beach.

Upstairs the master suite is a peaceful retreat with its own deck, ensuite and walk-in robe. Two additional bedrooms and a media lounge create a flexible space for family life whether it’s movie nights, quiet reading, or playtime. A fourth bedroom downstairs with it's own ensuite offers privacy for grandparents, teens or friends joining the stay.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked in leafy Suffolk Park, Limoncello is steps from Tallow Beach and moments from local favourites like Suffolk Bakery the famous Ms Ho's (Vietnamese), Italian Paradiso and a Thai massage parlor as well as the Spar grocery store for all your essentials. The street is peaceful and coastal yet Byron Bay’s boutiques and restaurants are just a short drive away. Enjoy the best of both worlds, here with relaxed village living and the energy of Byron right at your doorstep.

Getting Around:
Suffolk Park is perfectly positioned for easy coastal living. From Limoncello it’s an easy stroll to the beach and local cafés, or a quick 5-minute drive into Byron Bay for shopping, dining and the markets. Most guests use a car to explore the region, from the hinterland villages to Wategos and Broken Head. There’s plenty of free street parking and local taxis, rideshares and bike hire are all readily available.

This property spans two floors with the living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.
There are strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, loud music or school leavers at Limoncello.
