The place was not ready when we arrived. I understand getting backed up but we were never notified when it was ready. I had to call and we don’t get in until after 7.

We are sorry the cleaners were backed up. We did credit you $100 for the inconvenience. You arrived during our busiest time of year, and we try very hard to get everyone in by the 4pm check in time.
