Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with premium bedding, flat-screen smart TVs, and plenty of storage. The master suite features a king bed and private bath with dual vanities and walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms share a stylish hallway bathroom.

Dogs Welcome at Coconut Breezes!
We love four-legged guests! To keep the home comfortable for everyone, we have a few simple pet guidelines:
• Dogs only (no cats or other animals)
• Maximum 2 dogs per stay
• Dogs must be under 50 lbs
• Dogs must be crate-trained and crated when left unattended
• No puppies under 1 year of age
• A pet fee of $25 per night applies
We ask that all pups be well-behaved and that all messes be cleaned up promptly. We want Coconut Breezes to stay a welcoming place for future furry visitors too!

**If you would like to use the fire pit during your stay, please message us and let us know and we will have a propane tank hooked up and ready to go. There is an additional fee as follows depending on your length of stay:
3 nights or less - $30
4-6 nights - $40
7-13 nights - $55
14-30 nights - $85
31+ nights - $30 per week

Other Details to Note:
Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash Bags, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods and Laundry Detergent are provided, as well as travel-sized Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand Soap, and Body Wash. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.

The pool is heated from approximately mid-October to Easter and is set no higher than 85 degrees. During especially colder weather, we are unable to guarantee that the pool can maintained to the desired temperature.
