There was a small isse but the host rectified it promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. She made it so warm and inviting, it felt like home away from home. The host is amazing!! I would highly recommend.

This is a great find ! Kitchen has everything you need (although the oven was not working for us and I did let the host know). Also bring your own mirror if your a group of people needing to gwt ready. There is only 1 mirror in the whole apartment and it is in the bathroom.

Kat was responsive and very accommodating. The parking was easy, accessible, and plentiful. The private patio space and entry with keypad was convenient and welcoming. The apartment is clearly well thought out, very tastefully appointed, cozy, and private. The shower is phenomenal, the furniture comfortable, and the apartment was considerately stocked. The accommodations and Kat’s clear care for the guests makes this choice of stay a very clearly sound value proposition. Any time I’m looking to stay in or get away to Hamilton, I’ll look for opportunities to choose Kat and this property again. Thank you, Kat!

One of the dirtiest units in which I have stayed! It desperately needs a thorough floor to ceiling cleaning!

The entrance is through an unsecured porch containing bags of rotten garbage. The apartment itself is secured with a pincode though. Rough area. I came home after 2 days due to waking up with insect bites each day (20 total). I went to the doctor who suspected bed bugs. Host offered me a 50% refund which doesn't seem adequate especially considering the stress this caused and additional expenses. I was travelling for school and had my dog with me. I now have to rebook my exams which will be another hotel stay, sterilize my personal items, and exterminate my vehicle. I get mistakes happen... although if you invite people to stay at your place I'd think it's important to check your stuff- but this could have been handled better.
