LIVING AREAS - Skylights, exposed wood beams, and modern style set the scene for relaxation in the open-concept living room. A sectional and two club chairs offer plenty of comfy seating. Settle in for movie night on the 55” TV. A gas fireplace adds warm ambience on winter nights.



KITCHEN & DINING - Channel your inner chef in an airy kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. A side-by-side refrigerator and gas range make meal preparation a breeze. When it’s time to eat, share special meals around an elegant dining table for six.



BEDROOMS & BATHS - This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom awaits on the second floor, furnished with a king-size bed, twin-size sleeper sofa, and a 42 inch TV. The en-suite master bathroom, which is also accessible via the hallway, features a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.The guest bedroom on the first floor features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers another king-size bed.



OUTDOOR AREAS - Your secluded backyard oasis beckons with beautiful landscaping, a pool, and a luxurious hot tub (heated free of charge). Gather around the gas fire pit to sip a glass of local wine. Bocce ball and basketball courts promise hours of family fun. The basketball court can also be converted to a volleyball court. The chefs in your group will love grilling poolside at the outdoor kitchen. Head to the covered patio for a lovely alfresco meal. The front porch offers more space to enjoy the fresh air.

CANCELATION POLICY - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, allowing ample time for you to settle in and embrace the magic that awaits. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, providing a gentle farewell as you prepare to depart. Kindly note that parking is available for up to three vehicles in the driveway, ensuring ease and convenience for your arrival. The pool can be heated for an addition fee. If you’d like the pool heated, please inquire as the cost changes throughout the year. The fee to heat the pool is strictly to cover the propane costs associated. For the serenity of all, we kindly request that outdoor amplified music is silenced at all times, and quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be aware that the maximum occupancy is seven guests, and we maintain a strict no-pet policy to preserve the home's pristine condition.
