"Now I Sea" will help you enjoy all of the best aspects of 30A including complimentary bikes and beach chair service (peak season)! We are located between Alys Beach and Watersound with plenty of activities and restaurants in close distance.

Walk out your back door right onto the beach. Includes beach chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) during Peak season (March 1 - July 31)! 2 bicycles included year round.

Perfect location and stunning views

Private, stunning views, beachfront, one minute walk down boardwalk to the beach. My husband and I went for our 20th anniversary and we definitely be back. We have stayed in several homes along 30A and this was our favorite so far! Newly renovated!

Beautiful townhouse

Opening the front door will take your breath away as you lay eyes on the ocean just beyond the back sliding doors! The views are breathtaking from both floors. The design including furniture is wonderful & really adds to feeling like you’re on vacation. The electric fireplace adds to the ambiance. We had a wonderful stay & highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable condo right on the beach. Super easy to walk down to the beach, which is made this the easiest, most convenient 30a experience ever. Perfect amount of space for 4-6 people. We loved it.

We're two empty nest couples who enjoyed a casual week on the beach. The property is just as advertised, clean, well appointed and in a wonderful location just steps from the water. No issues during our stay of any significance and communication with manager was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo. They really did a nice job on updating the unit with high-end finishes and well thought out design. Nice appliances and very well stocked kitchen to use. The complex is only 5 units and this is one of the end units... so noone above you or on one side. Also, great to be able to walk to the beach right out your door. The location is perfect. Can't say enough good things about it. Would definitely recommend. We had a great time!

Serenity and a view to die for

My friend and I decided to take a much needed girls trip.We were lucky to find this town home.1. Beautifully appointed accomodations.2. Great access to the beach. I'm scared of heights but my friend went down and enjoyed beach time.3. Convenient location4. Great patio and balcony!5. Cleanliness on point6. Weekend Getaway

Cannot say enough good things about this property. SO CLEAN, had everything you would need - including beach towels, the NICE toilet paper … and don’t even act like that doesn’t matter to you. Directly on the beach with amazing views. We will without a doubt be back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away from Home!

Beautiful view

Wonderful spot! The location is great - lots of restaurants nearby and Publix is about 5 minutes away. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay (mid-May) and the beach service is always a plus. The beach is more narrow (from stairs to water) than we were used to, but since it wasn’t crowded this wasn’t a big issue. The townhouse was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the extra linens including beach towels were so nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

LONG WEEKEND BEACH TRIP

My wife and I have been vacationing on 30A for close to 30 years now, and we have just now found our favorite place to stay. "Now I Sea" was absolutely perfect, appointed with everything we needed for a quick trip to the beach. Our hardest decision of the trip - should we have coffee on the downstairs porch or the upstairs balcony? You will not find a more convenient access to the beach anywhere. As for the host, they were great to answer the few questions I had very quickly. It was a great trip.

Fantastic spot

This was one of my all-time favorite rentals. The view is amazing, the updates throughout the property look fantastic, and the owners are super helpful. We had a blast. I’m already looking at my calendar to see if I can get them get away with my husband back at the spot.

Wonderful condo right on the beach in Seacrest!

My wife and I were celebrating our 10 yr anniversary and wanted a low key place to enjoy some beach therapy away from our 3 boys. This place was perfect for that. The 2 balconies offer plenty of space to enjoy the sights and sounds the beach has to offer. easy/close beach access with great landscaping full of butterflies out the back door. The condo itself had everything we needed including a bedroom fan! (seems like most places don't have fans in the bedroom). It looks newly renovated and if we had brought our 3 boys there would be plenty space for them with the built in bunkbeds upstairs. Even though we didn't spend a ton of time inside, the living room TV setup (big tv/surroundsound) was a nice treat as well. The location offered great access to everything we needed via Bikes. We brought ours and rode everywhere we needed. Will definitely stay here again if it's available for our future stays! Also. checkin was incredibly simple. We had to leave from work and didn't make it in until midnight so it was great to be able to punch in a code and have access without having to wake anyone. Was a wonderful place in every aspect!
