Centrally located in the SE, close to downtown, International Ave, and Foothills Industrial area and all major roads makes this place perfect for a short commute to wherever you are going. This is a clean, quiet, secured and well managed condo with long term respectful residents. Our rental terms are minimum 30 days, you are welcome to stay longer or less than, completely up to you.
