We had an amazing time at this VRBO in Austin. It is within walking distance from the riverwalk, a cute coffee food truck, and local restaurants. The home is so spacious and comfortable!

I loved my time here. Joanne was super accommodating and the place was great. Very clean, modern and stylish furniture, with a huge smart TV. They even had a comfy little dog bed for my little terrier, and he loved it. I stayed a month and enjoyed my time so much that I extended an extra two weeks. The place is right along the river walk and is a really beautiful area to explore. Great food options nearby.

The overall look and feel of the unit was great, the only problem we ran into was a neighbor causing uncomfortable smells mixed with a mildew smell inside the unit. Responses were timely, the problem was adequately remedied after purchasing air fresheners, which the host graciously offered to reimburse me for. If you are sensitive to smell, not the unit for you. Beyond that, the location is amazing, I just wish I had a better experience.

We had a wonderful time at our stay here! The place was perfect! It was very clean, quiet and cozy. The location was great. The pool was clean and only steps from the front door, the patio looks out to the green nature trail and the lake is a short walk down the path. Hostess was responsive, even though everything was smooth from check in to check out. Kitchen is stocked with all essentials. Layout of the place is nice and the bed is extremely comfortable!! I even checked the mattress brand for my next purchase. I would highly recommend this place for any length of stay in the Austin area. We will return!!
