What we liked: - the parking space for the car was clearly marked. Keurig Coffee pods provided along with bottle water. Outdoor lights are on motion detectors. Infrared camera in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood.I’ve lived in Phoenix for 18 years so I knew where the property was approximately which is in a good neighborhood even though it may not look like it. Our opinion of what can be improved: The listing shouldn’t show the white house because the vrbo is a casita on the side of the house and through it’s own gate. The picture should reflect the casita. The directions to find the casita should be clear. Aka - right side of house 20ft off the street through the gate. Wasn’t sure how to communicate any issues - Had a heavy rain and the water leaked in the main living area. Of course, we mopped it up but it’s something that needs to be looked at. When I booked, I did not see the list of fees which nearly doubled the nightly advertised price. It’s more the principle. The host called us back promptly when we arrived and couldn’t find the place. Thank you.
