Wonderful property for a solo traveler in the exact area I needed to be for work. Cute little studio with everything I needed in a quiet neighborhood! Really appreciated the snacks and the welcome guide. I'll be back if I'm in Phoenix!

Our short stay

Property was as advertised. Door code and lock really needs to be changed. We fought with it every time. Not the nicest area of town but it was ok. Communication with property management was very good.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This home is in a great location, close to north Scottsdale, Uptown and central Phoenix. Walking out the front door, you are four houses away from a hiking trail to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
