Unit A & B were very clean and equipped. Unit A was described as bedroom with triple bunk beds but this should not even be considered as bedroom. The bunkbeds had to have been built in that closet. Grill was new and worked great. Wished there was a porch or backyard with deck to sit outside but overall, family had a great time.

Southern Belle Vacation Rentals was great to work with. They were very responsive to all our questions leading up to our stay and during our stay. We had 20 people, 19 were adults and the property handled our group well. Both Units A and B are very clean, in great condition, and appear to be brand new. We thought the location of the property was excellent. Access to the pool is easy and a very short walk. Also a very short walk to several different beaches. The pool is a community pool (as advertised) but can get fairly crowded at different times during the day but we were always able to find chairs. One of the Units does not have a garage door, if that is important to you. It was not an issue for our group. The room that has 3 bunk beds is really just an oversized closet and really only usable by 3 younger children. Even though it is advertised as a property that will sleep 24, it is two entirely separate units that have to be accessed through outdoor entrances. There are no indoor connections between the two Units. That was confusing to us from the listing. All in all we had a great stay. We had plenty of room to gather as one family in either Unit. The Units are nicely furnished and almost all of the beds were king size beds. It would be nice if Units A and B had their own pool like Units C and D adjacent. Overall, a very nice and reasonably priced property that we would recommend to other families. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was clean and nice. However, there were some things that felt falsely advertised. In the listing, it seems like the pool is connected to the home. There is a pool connected, but it is not the one you can use. You have to walk down the road to get to the pool which wasn’t a huge deal, but also not as convenient as we thought it was going to be. Additionally, the pool is only open from 10:00-5:00 which wasn’t ideal for us. We would have enjoyed the pool earlier and later in the day. The pots and pans that came with the listing, did not work with the stove. The stove required specific pots and pans to activate the heat. The hosts did provide us with the correct ones once we asked. The couch in one of our units did not work. A maintenance worker came to fix it and said they would be coming back to finish fixing it and they never came back.Overall, we still had a nice time with our family. These were just some things to consider when booking!
