2 weeks quiet stay

Very peaceful at this time of the year. Had walks along the coastal paths with the dog. A local bar had to be visited every day after the walk (the dog made us!) If you like a serious pressure in your shower you will love this villa! A beach bar was just being built opposite the villa. We wanted quiet with a garden. Perfect!

Natuurlijk. Hieronder staat een compacte versie van minder dan 1.500 tekens:Het vakantiehuis voldeed absoluut niet aan onze verwachtingen. Voor 2.770 per week mag je een schone, goed onderhouden accommodatie verwachten, maar dat was helaas niet het geval.Bij aankomst was de derde slaapkamer niet schoongemaakt of voorbereid. De kamer rook muf, het raam zat vol spinnenwebben en dode insecten, het toilet was vuil, de lakens hadden vlekken en op meerdere plaatsen liet het pleisterwerk los.De algemene staat van de woning was slecht: stofwebben in de plafonds, vuile stoelen en verlichting, smerig buitenmeubilair (zelf moeten schoonmaken), vieze ligbedden, een versleten parasol, een doorgeroeste barbecue waarvan het handvat afbrak, verroeste tuinstoelen, afval en een oud roestig poortje op het terrein, een versleten luifel en veel andere vuile of slecht onderhouden onderdelen.De woning heeft dringend een grondige renovatie en onderhoud nodig. Ook de binnen- en buitenmuren zijn vuil, vergeeld en het pleisterwerk brokkelt af.Daarnaast gaf de beachbar op ongeveer 10 meter van de woning een rommelige indruk. Door de overheersende zeewind hing er vanaf de middag tot laat in de avond vaak een sterke frituurlucht op het terras.Wij huren al bijna 10 jaar meerdere keren per jaar vakantiehuizen. Dit was veruit de duurste, maar ook de meest teleurstellende accommodatie. De prijs staat totaal niet in verhouding tot de geboden kwaliteit.

Magnifique séjour

En première ligne, on ne peut pas être plus proche de la mer. Les plages sont très propres mais prévoir des chaussures car ceux sont des petits graviers La maison est très bien agencée et entièrement climatisée. La piscine est régulièrement nettoyée. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour Merci

Perfektes Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Lage

Wir (2 EW, 3 Jugend. & Hund) haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation m. d. Vermieter und auch d. Agentur vor Ort (Frau Wellem) war großartig. Die Lage des Hauses ist einfach nicht zu toppen. Über ein Tor gelangt man an den direkt anliegenden Strand, der sogar in der Hochsaison nicht überlaufen war. Auch die 3 fußläufig erreichbaren Strandbars und weiteren Buchten m. glasklarem Meer sind klasse. Der Ort El Perello ist sehr ruhig - das war uns aber klar und genauso gewünscht. Der Garten ist top gepflegt und bietet verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten mit entspr. Sonnenschirmen/Markisen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und es gibt für jeden Gast Sonnenliegen. Das kompl. Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Das Haus ist sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche übrig - es gibt kein abgezähltes Geschirr/Besteck etc. Die SZ im Haupthaus haben sehr bequeme/saubere Betten und große Schränke. Die Klimaanlagen in den SZ und dem WZ funktionieren sehr gut, sodass man nachts entspannt schlafen konnte. Das dritte SZ befindet sich in einem Nebenraum. Hier sind zwar ein paar Gegenstände eingelagert, aber auch hier waren die Betten sauber/bequem und man hatte einen Schrank für die Kleidung. Der Raum hat einen eigenen, abschließbaren Zugang u. hat eine Klima & ein kl. Bad mit Waschbecken & WC. Das absolute Highlight ist das Fenster im WZ von dem aus man direkt aufs Meer sehen kann. Hier stimmte einfach alles und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Emplacement au top

Emplacement au top, vue sur la mer, toit disponible à pied: restaurant (font un juste devant la maison!), plage, promenade… plage plutôt calme en août mais prévoir petits chaussons d eau à cause des cailloux mais qui ne gênent pas une fois dans l’eau. Un joli petit paradis ou nous avons passé des superbes vacances entre amis . Environnement en voiture et région super avec beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire.

Une vue incroyable

Nous avons passé 15 jours superbes. les extérieurs sont magnifiques : vue sur mer, plage de galets très proche, piscine super, jardin magnifique. La maison qui doit dater des années 1990 a toutes les commodités, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas vraiment rénové c'est le seul point négatif du séjour. Toutes les installations fonctionnent et la literie est confortable. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et notre chien s'est régalé. Merci à bientôt

Cadre idyllique

Maison exceptionnelle. Vue imprenable. Accès à la plage directe un atout majeur. Plage en face de la maison avec cailloux ( chaussures de plage recommandées), mais avec de beaux fonds marins. Et peu de monde. Literie maison très bonne. Maison fonctionnelle, attention toutefois à la troisième chambre qui est moins agréable et surtout ne communique pas avec l’étage ( difficile d’y laisser seuls de jeunes enfants). L’accueil dans les lieux est très bon, professionnel et serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison et sur les plages environnantes ( calafato par ex). Je recommande !!

Endroit très calme pour la famille

Très jolie maison, face à la mer rien à dire. Manque un peux plus de confort comme une climatisation, des volets un peux plus occultant pour le matin. Déçu car nous avons pas pu utiliser le barbecue car il était hors service .À pars cela la propriété est tous simplement magnifique.

If the owner only cared...

We stayed at the house from April 15-21. It did not go according to plan during or after our stay. The village that that house is located in has a few restaurant options although none of them were open because it's offseason?There was a beach bar about 50 metres from the house that’s not quite a beach bar as it's on the road but it has the basics, beer, some snacks.The beach is rocky (no sand) so it's not that fun for kids or sand castles. L'Ampolla is about a 7-10 minute drive from L’Ampolla in which you can get everything you need, groceries, meat, fish, restaurants. We encountered a number of issues with the home • The bed in the front bedroom was broken and the mattress was not able to be supported by the bed frame. We moved the mattress to the living room and slept on the floor. • A less material issue was the lack of functioning lightbulbs in the guesthouse and no spares in the house • The swimming pool was completely unusable for the first two days. The pool was sludgy, dirty and not operating. Pool cleaner came eventually but we lost 3 days of pool use. • Similar to the pool, the hot tub was not functioning (and was gross dirty) and did not become useable till Thursday as the cleaning team came Wednesday evening. Which in of it self is a nuisance. • There are also tiny little spaces in the window frames and door frames where bugs can get in. So we had a number of mosquitos each night in the home. All of these issues were eventually dealt with (except for the mosquitos) – but it was a number of days before everything was finalized and then we had to leave. There is also an electricity charge which would make sense if you’re shown the initial electricity reading as well as the end of stay reading so that you know what the cost will be to you. But neither of these things happened so we paid an amount that could be real or not. So the house was nowhere near as advertised when we arrived and the landlord doesn't seem to care to respond or communicate. I sent a very respectful email asking for a refund of 20 euros/day - which is 1/7th of our daily rate. I cannot paste the email i sent him because i'm out of characters. I'm a reasonable person. I just wanted a house as house as advertised and to have some fun on vacation with my family. We traveled from Canada. It didn't happen and the owner doesn't care. Please don't stay here.There are a other options where the landlord cares. phil.ustaszewski@rogers.com
