The room was in a good location at IRB. The pool and hot tub area was nice and clean. The room itself was not very clean when we arrived. The room could use some updating.

Overall, great unit. Blinds and shower door broken and apparently has been for months. It could be cleaner. And there was not much in the kitchen. No proper wine glasses, old cutlery, the one pan had a broken handle. The washer broke but they did replace it and they did allow us late check-out. Overall, we would stay again but hoping they stock up on some essentials.

The refrigerator was broke when got there and the first lady I spoke tried to say it was because we had too much food. They had to come several times about the refrigerator and actually brought a new one. Which i had to move food several times. Coffee machine broke when we got there. Shower door broken. Just a lot.

The property was perfect and exactly as expected. Having stairs directly down to the ground made for easy access to pickleball and the pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find there was a locker full of extra chairs, and beach toys and supplies left by other guests. The Reef Club during spring break was full of families with plenty of kids around to play with for our 7, 5, and 2 year old children, which made for a great time. The pool did feel crowded at times so if you’re looking for calm, quiet, or adult only this probably wouldn’t be youir first choice (at least during March). I was a little confused by the payment for the condo as we were taken to the host company website for final payment, but VRBO assured me this was ok and everything turned out 100% legitimate. Overall we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

All in all we had a great vacation. Being on the first floor and having a spiral staircase right down to the pool and our parking space was so convenient!I was a little confused with check-in as there wasn't an office to go to. I did not realize it was all done electronically. Also, there were a couple of items needing repair (sliding door and blinds in master bedroom) but everything else was great.We would definitely stay here again!
