“Vineyard View” in Mattituck is the result of a feat of love, love for open spaces, therefore the open floor plans as well as the open views of the vineyard expanse across the way or the tidal creek out back. The house provides a contrast of town and country feel with a beach home feel with its outdoor shower and large furnished patio, rolling lawns and manicured gardens. The home is a few minutes walk to Love Lane with its lively and award winning Love Lane Kitchen and the cheese shop and brewery.
It is also a short ride, 4 minutes by car and 10 minutes by bicycle to Bailie beach, with its imposing dunes, calm waters and views of southern Connecticut.
There are 5 award winning vineyards within 3 miles and many others within a ten minute drive.
The house at Vineyard View on Mary’s Road is an oasis within an oasis.
