Retreat 52 is a fully-loaded & newly renovated 3 level home in Innsbruck Golf Resort. The property is nestled in the back of the community right on the green. Enjoy privacy only minutes away from downtown Helen. The inside boasts a spacious main level great room with a modern rustic design, gas fireplace, and large windows that provide great natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table with a beautiful Edison bulb light fixture. Every bedroom is furnished with ultra-comfortable luxury linens, and Smart TVs for down time.

The large deck features a screened-in portion, along with an outside bar on the railing, and commercial grade grill for BBQs. The terrace level is dedicated to entertainment and features a pool table, foosball table, additional family room with Smart TV, patio, fire pit area, and large hot tub. Retreat 52 sleeps 10 comfortably, and is ideal for families with 2-6 kids (bunk bed room). Enjoy all of the additional amenities of Innsbruck including: golf, spa, & more!

Loved this "cabin," really it is a great home. Great open living space. Plenty of accountrements in the kitchen. Loved being able to have the gas fire indoors and use the firepit outdoors. If you have friends or family with mobility issues this location is not for you though with the stairs.

state of the property was unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or maintenance.Upon arrival, the cabin had cockroaches. The rugs and walls were visibly dirty, stained, and poorly maintained, and the cabin overall appeared unkept and neglected. Additionally, the fireplace—an advertised amenity and a key reason for selecting this cabin—never worked during our stay.

Cleanliness and maintenance are extremely important to us, and we take concerns like this very seriously. The property is on a regularly scheduled monthly pest control service as part of our preventative maintenance. We also have time-stamped photos taken prior to your arrival that show the home was cleaned and prepared for guests. Regarding the fireplace, it is on a timer and must be set to operate. We did provide this information; however, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. While we regret that your stay was not enjoyable, we do appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. We will also be making improvements and updates to the home in the coming months as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the guest experience.

We had a great time at the cabin with 3 families. Included everything needed. Loved the location and nearby amenities. The adults even escaped to the hotel inside the neighborhood for an afternoon beverage on their rooftop lounge.

We enjoyed our stay!!, great set up for families as the older kids loved the bunk beds, plenty of things to keep them occupied too, great place to stay!!, one thing that needs some updating is the pots and pans, other than that wonderful property.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our house that was located in the mountains so, we were truly able to enjoy the whole experience. Driving distance is perfect if you’re looking to explore hiking trails, waterfalls, tubing, zip lining or whitewater rafting like we did.If not, that’s okay too!! Kick back in the rocking chairs and simply enjoy the nature scenery, or grill some steaks, play family games that are provided, make s’mores in the firepit or relax under the stars in the hot tub. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and downtown is absolutely adorable!

Good location. Easy check-in and check-out. Amenities in house were very nice: pool table, fire pit, hot tub, etc.. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Biggest issue was condition of the resort features. Golf course was in terrible condition and spa was less than ideal. Not an issue with regard to the house, but something to consider.

Thanksgiving with Friends

We spent Thanksgiving with our longtime friends at Retreat 52. We especially loved the quiet location just outside of town. Retreat 52 offered plenty to keep us busy with foosball, pool, cornhole, streaming movies, fire pit, and the hot tub. However, we loved proximity to all that the Helen region has to offer.
