Enjoy your stay at THE HILLTOP HIDEOUT III, which is located directly above the famous Georgia Mountain Coaster inside of Helen, GA. This cozy chalet is the perfect destination spot for family or friends looking for an Alpine Adventure in a Bavarian Themed Town in Appalachia OR if you are looking for a "flexcation!" There is also a private office space for working while still getting away! Appreciate the beautiful hilltop view on a large patio while indulging in nature, grilling and having your favorite beverage. Take advantage of the multiple attractions, state parks, wineries, breweries, food, fishing, tubing, and family friendly activities. Don't forget to visit a few favorites: Unicoi State Park, Anna Ruby Falls, Dukes Creek Falls, Yonah Mountain, Cool River Tubing, Helen Waterpark, Alpine Mini Golf, Dukes Creek Mines, Woody's Mountain Bikes, Alpine Fun Factory, Hardman Farm State Historic Sight, Charlemagne's Kingdom, and more!

Note, we named these Hilltop Hideout because they are located at the top of a hill. Walking to town is an option (my kids always choose it), but it is steep. Plan accordingly.

This place was amazing!! Comfy beds, plenty of space for a family gathering. Nicely decorated, provided all kitchen items you need, great views, video games kept the kids entertained. Great weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everyone had plenty of room and the house is in great shape. Quiet surroundings with plenty of deck space to enjoy the outdoors together. Definitely recommend renting this property for your stay in Helen.

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed staying at this house. There is plenty of room and very well stocked. It is in walking distance to town but the walk is very steep. We would stay here again. It is in a great location and also has room for three cars.

Fantastic Property

We booked for a family get-a-way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was perfect with all the space needed. Perfectly located close enough to downtown but far away enough to feel like we were in the mountains. Property owner was communicative and responsive. Highly recommend this location and looking forward to a return visit!

This property is NEW and extremely nice and clean. It's furnished well and had so much room. The air conditioning works very good so bring an extra blankie. Our family had a blast and will definitely be back soon.

Very impressed with layout, furnishings, kitchen accessories, extra fold up table and chairs, etc. There was so much room having three floors. Host was in constant contact with me. Very beautiful and spacious cabin. Would book this cabin again.
