Great little apartment right next to the big botanical garden/park area quick walks to some local cafes/bakery/butcher, and for those who are not driving (we weren't), there are bus stops very close by, and the buses in Cairns are frequent in that area and extremely cheap to ride all over, there are like four bus lines that go from near where the property is to the downtown/CBD area. Or you can just walk over to the Esplanade and head down for a great morning walk.Washing machine great for quick washes for anyone coming from colder environs who will sweat through their clothes on the daily and the AC/fans kept my Canadian self at a comfortable temperature when indoors so I could face the heat when we went out.Host was great for communication and answering questions, had lots of suggestions of stuff to do, even before we checked in since we arrived at 4am and needed to kill some time before the place was ready!

The property was left is a disgrace. We set up The property that it's a wow factor so clean and it's simple leave the property as it was presented. I can't recommend the guests the place was a disgrace. Dishes from one end to the other. Linen pulled out of our linen cupboard not used but strewn across the coffee set up area. Pads on floor bedroom. The property takes two to three hours to re clean and set up again it took us 7 hours not acceptable.
