Relax and unwind in this bright, beautifully decorated three-bedroom apartment tucked away on a quiet crescent in Kingston’s west end. Enjoy a private backyard oasis with deck and patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and free parking for two cars. Minutes from shops, groceries, and restaurants, and a short 20-minute drive downtown to explore Fort Henry, the waterfront, patios, pubs and Kingston’s lively music scene.

A friendly janitor lives in the basement suite. He has his own separate entrance and no access to the main floor.
