Relax and unwind in this bright, beautifully decorated three-bedroom apartment tucked away on a quiet crescent in Kingston’s west end. Enjoy a private backyard oasis with deck and patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and free parking for two cars. Minutes from shops, groceries, and restaurants, and a short 20-minute drive downtown to explore Fort Henry, the waterfront, patios, pubs and Kingston’s lively music scene.

A friendly janitor lives in the basement suite. He has his own separate entrance and no access to the main floor.

The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had regarding the property. Enough towels, and wash clothes were available for the 6 people that came with us. Beds were comfortable and closet spaces in each room helpful. We enjoyed the small patio and kitchen. Living room might be confier if another couch was available as some of us sat on the floor to watch a movie. Great price for quiet safe location. Another suggestion for the host would be to provide garbage bags and paper/pens as these were needed after two days and for board games, or notes. We came for ren faire and had a lovely time in Kinston. Thank you

This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes.
