This property is well-located, with shops within driving distance. It is family-friendly, but there is no access to a backyard. There is another unit in the basement of the semi-detached home. Soundproofing between units not the best, and there is a shared parking lot with the basement unit.

The area was very quiet. The port and downtown area is a 12 minute drive. The house was as shown in the picture. We found that it was a bit pricy.
