Das Ferienhäuschen hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Schön eingerichtet, geräumig, große Terrasse, riesiger Garten, 2 Parkplätze vor dem Haus… eine Umgebung zum Wohlfühlen. Supermarkt, Käserei und Bäcker sowie Gastronomie vor Ort, was in dieser Gegend nicht selbstverständlich ist. Toller Ausgangspunkt um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat gut funktioniert, unsere Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. Einziger Mangel, Spülmaschinensalz war nicht vorhanden und im Supermarkt nicht zu bekommen. Somit piepste das Gerät bei Betrieb ständig. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Dit is een prachtig chalet, met een hele fijne tuin. Het huis is schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goeie bedden. Hier zouden wij nog wel een keer naar terug gaan. De omgeving is ook prachtig om wandelingen te maken en watervallen te bezoeken.

Een heel prettige week gehad in dit prachtige rustig gelegen huis. Veel schaduw en veel zon om uit te kiezen. 3 airco's en een fijne douche. Mooie omgeving: Pic de l'Aigle en de Cascades du Hérisson zijn een aanrader.

Logement conforme aux images. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, la propreté, le côté pratique du logement (porte-manteau, lave-vaisselle, ustensile de nettoyage, volet électrique bien isolant de la lumière, ventilation/chauffage etc..).Nous avons amené nos draps et essuis.Le seul petit bémol serait le bruit de la ventilation collée à la chambre parentale (qui reste très léger cependant).

Froid et peu d'echange

L'appartement est magnifique et bien situé.Nous sommes arrivées vers 20h et la température avoisinait les -6 ; le logement n'etait pas chauffé (panne), le gerant nous a indiqué un endroit ou trouver un chauffage d'appoint que nous avons utilisé durant tout le sejour.Nous avons attrapé froid suite à la première nuit glaciale (le chauffage d'appoint a eu du mal a chauffer l'ensemble du logement)et sommes un peu déçues de la prestation vis a vis du prix.

“Merci pour votre retour et vos compliments sur l’appartement et son emplacement. Nous n’avons pour habitude d’apporter une réponse aux commentaires, mais celui-ci mérite précision. Nous regrettons sincèrement que votre expérience ait été impactée par la température à votre arrivée, surtout dans un contexte de grand froid exceptionnel à -6°C. Le chauffage principal était pourtant bien activé avant votre arrivée, mais nous prenons en compte votre ressenti. Nous avons immédiatement répondu à votre signalement lorsque vous m’avez contacté à 22h30, en m’indiquant que vous veniez d’arriver, en vous précisant la possibilité d’utiliser un chauffage d’appoint et avons vérifié la situation dès le lendemain matin, où la température intérieure était bien confortable à 25°C. Nous faisons de notre mieux pour offrir un séjour agréable et adapté, et nous sommes désolés que cela n’ait pas répondu entièrement à vos attentes cette fois-ci. Nous allons toutefois renforcer nos vérifications pour les futures arrivées afin d’éviter ce genre de désagrément. Merci encore pour votre retour. Alles is gut !
