This was our first experience with this type of AC unit. We did happen to stay during the hottest week of the summer! It was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk around on sidewalks for little exercise each day. Reminded us of staying at grandmas house in all the most wonderful ways! Positive experience. Would gladly choose this home again if the need arises.
