A well appointed studio overlooking the garden with a full kitchen, nice view, BBQ, washer and dryer, wireless and cable. This is the ground level unit in a two unit property. There is a queen size bed and pullout couch. There is a full kitchen, dining area, wireless, BBQ, outdoor sitting area, washer/dryer and cable. Located minutes from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, Ommegang Brewery, Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball camp Otsego Lake and Otesaga Hotel are 5-10 min by car. Hartwick College and SUNY Oneonta are 25 min. away.

June through September the apartment books on a six day rotation in strict coordination with the Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament schedule.

Great spot for Cooperstown Dreams Park

Nice cozy place close to the ballparks. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you need for your stay. Easy to communicate with host.

Great stay

The space was perfect for one person or a couple. I was there for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams experience. Was a perfect location, just 8 minutes from the park.

Great stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for two people close to dream Park field and many other surrounding places. Scott was super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had throughout our entire day and even before I would recommend this to anybody!

Good week of baseball

This was a perfect spot for 3. Bit of a drive back and forth if you’re team is playing @ ASV vs Dreams Park but room had everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful garden feel.

Wonderful Stay

I must have been looking at a different listing when I booked this. This far exceeded my expectations! Super clean with plenty of convenience. Close to Cooperstown DreamsPark and a stones throw to some breweries. We may go to Cooperstown next year and this is where I plan to stay. Highly Recommend.

Good location, close to Cooperstown Dream Park, restaurants/bars and Cooperstown. The queen size bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The host provided everything you may need during the stay, e.g. board games, kitchen/cooking supplies, toiletry, laundry supplies, and etc. Some appliances could have an upgrade. In the downstairs unit, you could hear people walking around upstairs.

The place was perfect for our trip to Cooperstown Dreams Park. My husband, me, and my son stayed there while our other son stayed in the barracks. It was about 10 minutes drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very convenient, clean and had everything we needed. It’s a minor complaint, but the only complaint I had was that I had to contact host for check-in procedures and for check out as well. That being said, he responded back to me in a very timely manner. I would definitely stay here again.
