Dreams Park Family Favorite since 1999!! Located just one mile from the Dreams Park and local shopping and attractions, the Willsey House is a four bedroom two bathroom house with newly added features and amenities including A/C to cool down the whole house! The house has four bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Two queens upstairs, two twins upstairs and a full downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has been upgraded to include a full size bed. Additionally, the house includes 4 Roku boxes, and wireless high speed internet access. There is a large eat-in country kitchen, two full baths, washer/dryer, living room and dining room. Outdoor amenities include a very large yard for picnics and bbq's. This house is the perfect choice for families visiting our area that want to be close to local attractions!

The location is only 3 minutes to the Cooperstown Dreamspark entrance - not many places are more convenient. It had a nice historic farmhouse feel and was spacious and comfortable. There is a round table to spend time in the kitchen, a formal dining room, and spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seats. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The laundry room was conveniently located near the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The one downstairs bedroom was great for my parents who have trouble going up and down stairs. (Like many historic houses the stairs are steeper than modern day stairs). The outdoor grill was in great shape and full of propane.

Perfect for our needs

My family had a great trip to Cooperstown for a baseball tournament. This house was in an ideal location to Dreamspark and downtown. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying at the home.

Lovely Farmhouse

My family stayed here over a snowy weekend with treacherous roads. The owner had fantastic communication. The house was warmed up when we got there. Instructions are very clear, and the house is unique and cozy. I highly recommend this location for families!

Cooperstown Dreams Park—Perfect location!

What a wonderful spot for our family to stay while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams all week. Older home but with a lovely and well cared for interior. Fully furnished, with AC (saved us during a hot week), and took to spread out. Responsive hosts and live close by, highly recommend!!

The entire house is an antique. Beautiful building and furnishings. We used the Barbecue grill one evening and it worked well. The kitchen is all in working order and we made the most of it, eating at both the Kitchen table and in the dining room. Good showers. "White-glove" clean! And the beds were comfortable. The Hosts are so helpful with good information about directions, the driveway, and parking and any other information we needed. We loved staying here.

We had a lovely week while staying at this property It was extremely close to the Field of Dreams which made it easy to get back and forth to the games. The inside of the house looked just like it's pictures and it was very clean. If a bath tub is important to you this is not the house since the tub was not working. It does have two showers. My only complaint about the inside of the home was the downstairs bed. It really needs a new mattress. Every time my husband moved I felt like I was going to be bounced out the nearby window(lol). The BBQ area and fire pit were a bonus feature, however both picnic tables need to be replaced. We did not sit on them for fear of splinters. Mike the Host was a very personable and easy to chat with. He replied quickly to any correspondence. Overall I would recommend this property.

Great country home close to Cooperstown attractions

We came with a group of 6 friends!! Plenty of room for all!! The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay!! Plenty of towels, extra blankets, and paper products. The only thing we were lacking was maybe a few spices. We forgot ours and were hoping to get lucky!! The house is super convenient to town, but outside of town so not as busy, and much more relaxing. It is a very charming older home with lots of original features!! We very much enjoyed our stay, and hope to get back there soon.

Cozy property in great location

We were 2 couples who stayed here over New Years weekend. Despite the frigid outside temps the house was very cozy and met all of our needs. It was well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. Close enough to Cooperstown so that we could enjoy the Baseball Hall of Fame and various restaurants. We cooked dinners at the house and the kitchen had everything we needed. The cold water pipe for the downstairs bathroom did freeze one day but Michael came right away and set up a heater and then continued to check on it throughout the weekend and we never had a further problem. This would not have happened but for the unusually cold temperatures over those days! We would definitely rent the house again and can see that it would be great in the summer as well.

Cooperstown Gem!!

We absolutely loved staying in this house and will try to book it again the next time we head to Cooperstown. Our family of 3 was able to link up with our friends who have a family of 5 (all 4 children under 8 y.o. and the space was more than enough, including the great backyard and firepit. Close to everything but happily far enough away too. 5 stars!
