Nice, clean, quiet place to stay. Hosts Blake and Linda were very nice and helpful and easy to communicate with by the Vrbo app. Would definitely stay there again, the rooms and bathroom were a good size and the kitchen very well equipped.

Very clean, modern property with two bedrooms conveniently located in Burnaby. Blake was easy to communicate with, and very understanding when we checked in late due to ferry delays. The place worked great for me and my family.

The biggest plus for us at this lovely apt,was the comfortable balcony/deck with views to the north(I believe). Nice way to end the day with a cuppa or glass of wine!

Perfect family stay! Highly recommend!We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was absolutely perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids).The apartment felt brand new, very bright, and exceptionally clean when we arrived.Blake was an amazing host! Communication with him was super friendly and fast. When we needed help with something, he responded and assisted us within just a few minutes.The location is great too. It takes about 30 minutes to drive to Downtown.We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely unit, clean and modern with a bonus balcony to sit outside on. Hosts were very good communicators and gave a great welcome. The only reason not for 5 was that it would have been great to have more coffee pods and a small carton of milk and some sugar, also unfortunately there was a bit of early morning noise, not the fault of the hosts though.

We were quite impressed staying in a laneway house. It's under 50sqm but well laid out. High ceilings, large shower and the balcony is a nice touch. The temps were only in the high teens but noticed there were AC units in the central area and bedroom. The neighbourhood is peaceful and perfectly located. Ample on-street parking . The VRBO matched the photos exactly - spotlessly clean, thoughtfully equipped and filled with little touches that made it feel like home.We would love to stay here again.

Exceeded our expectations!!Thank you for hosting us from Ontario. This band new upper unit was everything you could ask for. Located on a quiet street across from a beautiful park in Burnaby. Huge balcony/ patio, private entrance, two spacious bedrooms, walk in shower, living room with access to all your favourite apps, kitchen with all the comforts from home and washer/ dryer made out stay a memorable one. 10-15 walk to Edmonds skytrain station, or 15-20 min walk to Metrotown made our stay so enjoyable.Highly recommend considering this gem when you visit VanCity!!Thanks you for making our visit so memorable.

One thing that did bother us during our stay was that when we booked this stay it says on the front page “entire home” I know it was on someone’s property along with the house the live in. However I did not know this suite is also located in a part of the property with neighbors below you so it’s not true that you have the “entire home”. The neighbors below were very loud at times and you can hear everything that goes on down below you constantly. Which was interesting. We also noticed that we would controls the ac and set it to a certain temperature and some how it would change to a warmer temperature … not sure if the hosts were changing it on their own or how that would happen. There are two bedrooms, one of which does not have an ac unit in it so it tends to run very very warm. The other bedroom and kitchen/living room both have a wall ac unit. Other than that, the place was clean.

Hi Caylee: sorry for the confusing about “entire home”, there is either “entire home” or “shared space” for me to choose on VRBO when set up an account. however, I have updated the description for the property to indicate the unit is on second floor. For the AC, the whole house is running on split system, my elder parents who live downstairs share the same system. They prefer a warm temperature, I am not sure the temperature changes due to them to high up, I will investigate it. Sorry if the noise bothered you.
