Entire Main House Near Skytrain

Welcome to our bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bed home in East Vancouver!
• 5-min walk to Nanaimo SkyTrain Station
• 6 km to Metrotown
• 8 km to Downtown
• 12 km to YVR
• 1 km to Kingsway (restaurants nearby)

Features:
• 2 bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full, plus a sofa bed in the living room
• 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living space, and laundry( the laundry room is shared with the lovely family living in the basement. That is the only shared space, and the basement has a completely separate entrance. You will have exclusive access to the main house. The laundry room is available from 6 PM to 10 PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.)

• Professionally cleaned for your comfort and hygiene

No parties, no indoor smoking. If you have visitors, please ensure the total number of people on the property does not exceed 6, as required by city bylaw.

Please be aware that you will have exclusive access to the main house; the downstairs is occupied by other residents. The downstairs has a separate entrance and is a distinct space. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

If you are bringing pets, please add all pets to your reservation. The pet fee will be applied automatically once the pets are added. Undeclared pets are not permitted.

Great house with all the amenities

Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. Nearby grocery store made cooking at home a breeze, also very easy access to bike paths and public transit. 5 guys stayed here easily for a weekend. Thanks Trevor!

Great location, nice property

Easy walk from sky train station, property easy to find. Comfortable accommodation, all amenities .Close to all popular venues. We found it easy to drive to Stanley Park, and took public transport or other venues.

Excellent base

The exterior pics of the property were a little misleading- the house is in a much greener and leafier neighbourhood than I was led to expect. Very clean inside, good dining/seating area, comfortable beds, well-appointed bathroom. The kitchen was perhaps somewhat under-equipped (I cooked dinner on five of the seven nights we stayed)- there were just two large saucepans, a griddle pan and a wok, and my creativity was stretched to the limit. However, it would be churlish to remove any stars on that basis. The property was very handy for the Skytrain, and one could be in the centre of downtown Van within 30 minutes of locking the door. Highly recommended- bring your own casserole!
