Great location in San Jose to reach downtown, university, and highway. Toiletries provided (shampoo, soap, and conditioner in showers, hand soap in all restrooms). Loved lounging and people watching (in the middle of busy Santana Row) from the LARGE window, and able to address dietary preferences by using the fully equipped kitchen & large fridge. The stairs are challenging for the elderly but great to seperate kids vs adults in the upstairs loft master while being able to hear everything on the first floor. Private Parking (numbers are on yhe ground) & front door all conveniently connected by same elevator. Although it is the the middle of shopping complex, it felt completely secure & safe.
