Very plain and basic. Nice TV was in eating area instead of living area with couches. Senior parents both almost fell because of step down into living room Heater shut off when we left house and sometimes it would take awhile to heat up house when we came back. House was clean but not cozy.

Hi Brenda, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. I am sorry to hear that your parents had difficulty moving around the living room. However, we have noted on the listing that guests can move freely through most of the house, but we have not stated that the house is ADA-approved. I am glad your parents still got to enjoy time in the living room. We noticed that the heater was not working at full capacity, so we just had the whole HVAC system replaced in the house. Worked for Thanksgiving

We are from the South Bay but live in Reno now. The family has gotten so big that we can't all stay at my parents' house anymore. This place allowed us a clean and comfortable place to crash out in.

We sent a list of suggestions to the manager of the house:No instructions for garbage, recycling, outside lightsNo hair dryerNo paper towelsNot enough cups and plates - should be at least 6 of everything.Should be a couch or comfortable chairs for tv viewingThe front bathroom shower needs a rubber mat on the floor to avoid slippingNo dish drainer in kitchen for drying washed dishesOne light on the burner does not turn off, even though it is not hotThere should be two queen beds and extra blankets.
