Convenient location to Gainbridge and Lucas Oil. Finding the main door was the hardest part. Hosts were quick with responses. Used the gym and pool. Nice to have those amenities.

The apartment was fine for what we needed. Check in was a little rough with not being provided the correct entry code in the check-in boarding pass and had to call to have it sent to me. Later noticed it’s in two places and two different codes so that’s confusing. The key card for parking did not work and no communication from host was received back on that issue. Apartment was cleaned, however some things were ignored like wiping down the coffee table (multiple drink rings on table) and it looks like something was spilled on the wall behind the couch and never cleaned up. Sliding glass door to balcony did not lock and has a good amount of water damage at the base of the wall. Apartment was very sparse with furnishings and couch is so small and not comfortable. Felt like I was back in college. Convenience of the apartment’s location was nice and easy walkability or catching uber rides.

NEVER BOOK COZYSUITES. First, I know the management company will likely reply here saying they tried to "resolve" the issue and move me to a different property across the downtown area. They admitted fault with the unit but still refused to refund me and only offered some other random property of theirs. And that was only after hours of back and forth, and I had already scrambled to find a hotel, plus I had lost all trust at that point. This property is NOT as advertised. Parking garage is unsafe and a block away, not onsite as advertised. I literally saw police hogtying a couple of men on the sidewalk out front of it. The building's "Valet" trash service means there's bags of nasty smelling trash in the hallway and beyond. The building is gross, the unit smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke and the air and everything inside felt slightly damp and unsanitary (inconveniently hard to document nasty damp air in a photo for proof). I've stayed in many cities and vrbos and I'm not naive, this was the worst experience I've EVER had with a vrbo.

Location was decent and the pool was really nice. Couch was small and a little uncomfortable. Beds were nice. No TV’s in the bedroom was probably the biggest disappointment. Not a bad place to stay if in the area
