Experience Indianapolis like a President in this 2-bedroom spacious spread. Start out with free parking. You may not need your car again untill you leave. Easy walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana Convention Center and Gainbridge Field House. This luxurious suite features 3 Queen size beds sleeping 6 comfortably. 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom both stocked with the necessary provisions. The full kitchen is open to the great room with a bar style dining table doubling as a desk top when needed. The enormous great room becomes another sleeping room with a queen size Murphy bed. Enjoy streaming your favorite movies or sports team with TV’s in each bedroom to include a massive TV in the great room.

Our stay for the Truck show

We were the first to stay in this newly remodeled apartment. Bill did a good job on the remodel. We needed to go to the convention center to a show, it was a nice short walk. We would stay again.

Bill was a great host. He did a wonderful job communicating with us. The lodging was clean, expansive, nicely adorned, comfortable, and historically very interesting. It was a nice short and safe walk to Lucas Oil and to the Convention Center. Our only issue was street noise at night. Fire trucks and muscle type cars speeding and revving their engines. Only the front bedroom heard all of this. The rear bedroom was much quieter.

The property was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The photos do not do it justice. The ceilings are so high and it feels luxurious. Everything was so comfortable; even the murphy beds were very nice to sleep on and I feel like I’m picky about mattresses. The property was very clean and all the amenities we needed for our stay. The surrounding area was great and the short walk to Lucas Oil Stadium made our convention experience very enjoyable. The bakery across the street has a great cheesecake. I felt safe walking with kids to the stadium and back.

Absolutely Amazing Property

This property is perfect if you are in the area of Lucas Oil Stadium, the Convention Center or Lilly Corporation. Easy walk to the convention center where we had meetings. The host was fantastic and the unit itself was newly renovated and esthetically amazing. I highly recommend!!!

I am a native New Yorker but having lived in Indy since 1989 it’s time I call myself a Hoosier. After 13 years of traveling the world as an athlete I settled in downtown Indiana and began a Tee-Shirt company. The days of competing in over 200 international games, Two Olympic Games and 4 world championships were over. I woke up one morning; unemployed, no car, no job, no history of employment, married and staying in my mother in laws house. I know what you’re thinking. Wow!! What a catch. lol. So here I am; My bank referenced me well when they said I was a “Serial Entrepreneur”. One success led to another and in 2023 I sold my business and embarked on this new found passion. Short term rentals. I opened my first short term rental and never looked back. My partner and I now own and manage 12 properties and 3 event venues in Indianapolis. Properties and venue at the entrance to the Cataract Falls State Recreation Area and 3 property resort with a swimming pool on Cataract Lake. I love what I do and look forward to doing more.

Why they chose this property

The day I drove past the Merz building, (the building this property is in) I knew exactly what it was meant to be. A short term rental like no other in the city. Located next to fabulous restaurants and both the Lucas Oil Stadium and Indiana Convention center; I oversaw the design and construction of every aspect of the rehabilitation. Locations in paramount. This property now has it all.

What makes this property unique

Everything I would want in my own house has been put in every unit in this property. This includes luxury mattresses, a variety of pillows, Antiques, commissioned art work from local artists and chosen pieces from my Art Gallery. If a guest request something I take pride in making it happen. Not long ago I was asked if the property had an EV charger. Well…. it does now.
