Apartment with parking in the historic old town of Stralsund

Our holiday apartment is new, bright and friendly and offers the guest a cozy home during their stay. Although you are in the middle of the historic old town, a beautiful green area with the Frankenteich begins on the other side of the street. The living room of the apartment was once the tower of the city wall. Unfortunately, the building had not been preserved and there was room for a house with modern
Wohnkomport.
The self-caterers can reach the bakery and a supermarket in a few minutes on foot. But even if you want to be served at breakfast or other times, that is possible in the nutrient.
You can park your car in our parking lot and forget your car until you leave, Stralsund is very well connected to the public network and our beautiful old town can be seen on foot. Even guests who do not bring their car with them are quickly at the train station or bus station.
Whether in spring, summer, autumn or winter Stralsund is always a trip and our apartment is one
nice place to stay.

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage. Hafen und Ozeaneum in unmittelbarer Nähe, Alter und Neuer Markt ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Gute Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Bushaltestelle und Parkplatz für den eigenen PKW vor der Tür. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich kümmern.

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Nette und freundliche Vermieter. Stralsund ist einfach top. Viele Möglichkeiten, wenn man nicht nur an einem Ort verweilt. Haben zudem viel von Rügen und Usedom gesehen. Wetter war zudem ganz ausgezeichnet. Wir können alles einfach nur empfehlen.

Eine Woche Stralsund

Stralsund hat uns viel an Sehenswürdigkeiten geboten, auch eine Schifffahrt nach Hiddensee konnten wir bei Sonnenwetter genießen. Gern sind wir am Abend immer wieder in unsere schöne Ferienwohnung zurückgekehrt. Vielen Dank noch einmal an die Vermieter. M. B.

Tolle Wohnung, 1A zentrale Lage in Stralsund

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Fön etc. und ist sauber, allerdings hat das Schlafsofa seine beste Zeit hinter sich. Tipp - wer Nespresso verwöhnt ist, sollte seine mitnehmen, das nächste Mal kommt meine mit :-) , Filterkaffee tut es auch. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, kümmern sich um den Müll, Handtücher und alle Frage die man eventuell hat. Es gibt nur zwei Parkplätze vor dem Haus, einige Infos darüber waren irreführend. Die Lage ist 1A sehr sehr gut - der Hafen ist keine 300m entfernt! Bäckereien im Radius von ca 500m . Zu Fuß kann man alles schnell erreichen, einfach perfekt. PS - diese Wohnung hat eine schöne Aussicht zum Teich und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Autos werden direkt vor dem Fenster geparkt, praktisch beim Auszug. Die Nahverkehrsanbindung ist optimal, vor dem Haus gibt es Bushaltestellen, falls man Touren machen möchte und ohne Auto anreist. Diese Wohnung würden wir jederzeit immer wieder nehmen und weiterempfehlen aufgrund der oben genannten Punkten.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung am Rande der Altstadt von Stralsund für eine Woche gebucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, hell und freundlich und sehr sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und sogar Kaffee war da. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nur leider haben alle Betten geknarzt und gequietscht. Ansonsten - Top Wohnung

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung, für uns als Familie (3 Personen) perfekt. Gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was man so gebrauchen könnte. Vermieter vor Ort gut zu erreichen und immer sehr nett und freundlich. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr nah am Hafen, zur Altstadt sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. In der Umgebung kann Mann auch wunderbar in der Natur spazieren gehen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen!
