The studio features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200) and access to a small balcony. Another double bed (160x200) is located in a cosy sleeping alcove that can be separated with a curtain, offering additional privacy. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting. Here you’ll find a cosy sofa, a TV, and a dining table for shared meals or relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, and French press—ideal for breakfast, casual dinners, or that first cup of coffee before exploring the city.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. A covered parking space in the courtyard is also available for a fee, rounding out your comfortable stay. Altstadt Studio 9 is located on the second floor, is accessible by lift, offers approximately 55 m², is ideal for up to 4 people, and has 1 bedroom plus a second sleeping area in the living room. Altstadt Studio 10 is located on the ground floor without an lift, offers 65 m², accommodates up to 4 people, and features 1 bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area.
All studios feature a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook comfortably, as well as cosy living areas with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Right outside the door, you’ll find a public charging station for electric cars—ideal for eco-conscious travellers.
