This condo has been totally renovated as of Feb. 2024!

Beach House is a family oriented, well maintained low density complex. The property boasts many family activities with an oversized pool, smaller kid`s pool, shuffleboards, lighted tennis courts, game room with many game machines, exercise room, an extensive hiking biking trail accessed by just crossing the street, a club house with assorted board games, tv`s, and computer access. The huge beachfront offers wide areas for spreading out and constructing endless sand structures. With so many options there`s constant opportunity for family fun!

The complex resides on 650 feet of pristine beachfront-the largest per unit on the entire Emerald Coast. The private pool is heated and has a separate kiddy pool, and gazebo for relaxing. There is a large separate club house conveniently located near the pools. 

Beach House 202C has a wonderful Gulf view from the second-floor balcony from which to enjoy the comfortable Adirondack patio furniture. The modern kitchen features warm wood cabinets and is fully equipped with everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room features upscale contemporary furnishings with custom tile flooring and a nice area rug and opens out onto the Gulf front balcony. The updated dining table seats six and additional seating for three is available at the bar. The master bedroom furnishings consist of a lovely dark hardwood set featuring a king bed, interior plantation shutters, and carpeted floor. The guest bedroom has both a twin bunk and queen bed built in, interior plantation shutters and carpeted floor. The master bathroom has been totally renovated with a luxurious walk-in shower, superior lighting around the vanity, and new hardwood flooring. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, upgraded lighting, and new hardwood floors. Each of the bedrooms have high quality Smart TV's with login capabilities for apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and more. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV with app login capabilities as well, and a sound bar system for your entertainment. For your convenience, you will find a washer and dryer in this unit.

Great place!

Location was amazing. Rooms were very nice. The pull out couch sleeper was not cleaned. Had issues with the central air but contacted and service was sent in a timely fashion to fix. Water pressure was lacking in showers. Overall this was a great place and location to the beach

What a great week!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach front condo. The reservation, check in and check out procedures were super easy. The condo was just as pictured and described and what my small family needed for a perfect week. It was super clean and well-appointed and loved the ease of being in the second floor so not every trip required the elevator. Would definitely stay here again!

Beauty at the beach

What a wonderful property and location. The condo was laid out nicely and beautiful view of the ocean. Just a few steps to the soft sandy beach and gentle waves. Tons of great places to eat close by! An outlet mall right around the corner too. We will definitely be staying here again. Loved every minute of it!

spring break vacation.

We love the unit. It was a great location close to the beach on the beach. Great pool well equipped. The property managers were very quick to respond. The only The only downside was was the showers did not have any pressure. We did finally get hot water after turning the unit up, but originally it was very cool.The beds were excellent and had a great night sleep and nice to have the balcony so that we could look at sunrise.

Family Trip

The property was great, but I would not say it was a completely private beach. The beach attendants did not enforce people from the public beach coming over & taking our chairs.

Property was very clean, quiet, and the surrounding area very accessible. The Entire Condo felt comfortable like a home. And the views speak for themselves. My wife already wants to return. Top Shelf Condo.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view and accesibility.

I had a very relaxing and enjoyable visit at this condo. It's directly on the beach. It has been recently updated. It was very well decorated with an inviting and stylish beach appeal. It was very clean and careful thought to details. I will definitely be back! It was very easy to work with Beach Escapes when booking and they were quick to respond. The only thing that was wrong....was that I had to leave and go back. Great experience!

Beautiful water !

Unite was a bit run down … kitchen cabinet panel fell out when windy . Drawers you had to hang on too or fell . Bathroom had mold on ceiling coming through.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed the condo. Location and view are great. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Floors weren't the cleanest, our toddlers feet were pretty dirty in a short amount of time. Everything else seemed clean. New leather couches in the living room were a nice upgrade to see (not shown in pictures).They supplied lots of towels and trash bags which was nice. Pool and beach access are great. Very convenient they have a restroom at the pool you can access if you're at the pool or beach instead of going to your condo. Pool being located on the beach was awesome, great view. The pool was heated which was a nice feature since we had some cooler temps. Very appreciative we did not have to worry about the hassle of stripping beds of linens and placing towels in a designated area at check out. Biggest issue was the amount of construction going on at the condo complex. The construction is all day starting at 8am and would end between 4-5pm. All the construction materials and equipment took up majority of the parking lot. Our vehicle got blocked in one day. You can hear the construction noise even while on the beach. Would go back only if they could gurantee no construction would be going on next visit.

Thanks for reviewing your stay. THe construction is temorary and will be finished at this unit by December. We always make our guests aware of any construction that we are aware of before they arrive. The current project is repairing the exterior stucco of the building and painting which is a necessary in order to keep the property up to our guests expectations. This unit is going under a full remodel in the next couple months and will be ready for Spring Break. UPDATE FEB 2024: The condo has been totally renovated.

Lots of construction noise

I am a huge fan of reviews. I read them and I post them. They are all in my own opinion and open and honest. That being said, I was excited about the condo when I first got there. It looked clean and the view was amazing . It went down hill from there. The buildings were being remodeled and it was always loud in the condo from 8-5pm ish. the contractor took up approx. 40 parking spaces so we had to park at the next building lots. The ac condenser is in the kitchen corner cabinet, so every time it kicked on it was very loud . It had a moldy musty smell in the house and a bad smell in the kitchen because the garbage disposal was broken and looking at the crustiness that maintenance pulled out, it had been for a while. The furniture looked pretty and new, but the couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. The warped frying pans were past their prime, as were the pots. I ended up buying some at Walmart since I was going to be there for a week. The refrigerator wouldn't stay really cold and the ice kept falling thru the door so the floor stayed wet. There were lots of little notes about what they will charge if you stain a towel or loose a wrist band and that favorite number was 35.00 . The location was perfect and it came with beach service for 2. There are other apartments that are for rent that are much cheaper, but not as nice. The rehab was quite nice. I can't wait to go back next year, but I wouldn't stay here. I just never felt peaceful or rested in this noisey place.

I'm very sorry that Beach House condos are currently being improved on the exterior and all the inconveniences that may have caused during your stay. We always let our guest know if there will be work during their stay so they aren't surprised. The disposal did get jammed during your stay and you informed us at night and we were there to fix it by 9:30 am the next morning. Sometimes things happen and that is why we are avaialble 24/7 to take care of our guests. The good news about the couches is they are all being replaced in a month when the entire unti is being renovated with a new kitchen, new floors and all new bathrooms. We really appreciate you feedback and would love to have you back again when this unit is completely renoveated. UPDATE FEB 2024: THIS CONDO HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED!

Beach trip

Great beach trip! The condo was clean and very nice & a few steps to the beach!!!Only had one issue because the check in information and code to the door wasn’t in the app. The code info came in an email so at 10:00 at night after a long drive made it difficult to find. We plan to stay here again!

Family Vacay 20222

We were looking for "right on the beach" and condo 202C @ The Beach House nailed it. To our suprise our beach was private to only guests at The Beach House and this made the beach time that much better. Small crowds and more room to play. Too much mold in the condo

Beach and restaurant access was great. There was so much mold which was visible on the ceilings and bathrooms along with musty smells everywhere inside. It caused upper respiratory illness in all of us all week when inside the condo. Not healthy

Thank you for taking time to review your stay. During your visit, Red Tide was in the Gulf which can cause respiratory issues. Red tide is an algae bloom that causes coughing, sneezing and watery eyes. It happens occaissionally but doesn't tend to last too long. I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. We have checked the condo and there isn't any mold present. Again, sorry you had to deal with red tide during your stay. UPDATE FEB 2024: THIS CONDO HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED.
