This west end 3BR/3BA Hidden Dunes Gulfside condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The owners visit often and take meticulous care of their properties. This corner unit captures expansive gulf views of the beautiful emerald waters with floor to ceiling glass in the living area! Features include a newly remodeled kitchen with mosaic tile back splash, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout, and premium electric shades in living and master. The master features a brand new king mattress with TV. The second guest bedroom features two queen beds with TV and the third features a king bed with TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Gulfside amenities include a gulf front pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Hidden Dunes is a 27-acre gulf front paradise located entirely on the south side of Highway 98. The resort offers six championship Rubico tennis courts, a professionally-staffed tennis facility with on-site USPTA professional, lighted basketball court, and approximately 500 feet of private beachfront with seasonal beach service.

Effective 2022: The Hidden Dunes HOA and White Diamond Beach Service have decided not to allow owners to pay for and provide complimentary beach service to their guests. With this new policy, beach service is not included with this property. Guests may pay for beach service themselves by visiting the onsite attendant at the beach. We were notified of this by an owner and immediately added it to the listing description on October 26, 2021.

Very nice condo! Definitely enjoyed it!

Loved this condo. It was a corner one and had a fantastic view of the beach. Very convenient to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Beach set up business is great too. Very clean condo. Rooms were clean and nice. Bathrooms were also very nice and clean. We only had to get a nightlight since none was provided. All rooms had fans which was nice. Only wish they provided a standing fan or box fan. Towels and sheets were very nice too. Kitchen had all the things. Only wish they had provided more dishwashing pods and trash bags. Only things to update is the doormat, it is worn. Property management needs to keep the trash chute cleaner. The elevator makes scary sounds. Poolside was also very nice.

Beach trip

Really nice property that was very comfortable for my family and convenient to everything we wanted to do in the area. We loved the gulfside view the most, which is why we chose this unit. Would stay there again.

July 4th

Family vacy. So good. The property overlook the gulf. Super close to the beach. We used the chair set-up services from Diamond. Made us feel special. It was a great time to relax and enjoy the beach.

Hidden dunes trip

The property was very clean and nicer than the pictures. The view from the balcony was beautiful, we spent a lot of time out there. The whole atmosphere of the the property was great and very family oriented. We will definitely stay again.

We loved this condo! Spacious and perfect for our trip! I will warn other families that there are stairs down to the beach, but no worries because everyone is super friendly to help tote things down! We loved the variety of pools. The views are immaculate!

We go to Destin every year with as many of our family as we can get to go!! We had a lovely time in this condo. It is right on the beach with a great view. The arrangements were quick and easy. I will book here again!

The Most Spacious Condos!

I love Hidden Dunes! The bedrooms are really big, and you don't feel cramped at all. The balcony is very nice, not just a little rectangle like most condos, and has a wonderful view. This unit had good, sturdy furniture, including comfortable beds and couches. I would definitely stay here again!

This property overlooks the beautiful Destin beach. It was very clean and we had a great time!

We love the condo and the beautiful beach! It was so clean and the furnishings were very nice. The heated pool was a nice bonus. It was a short walk to the beach. My only issue was that it was hard to bring a wagon down the boardwalk stairs and it was not easy for my grandmother since she uses a walker. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful/Spectacular view!! Comfortable beds

Nice place to stay! Could have used more tp. We had to buy it. Short on the lotion- shampoo laundry and dishwashing pods. Need more kitchen towels. 2 is not enough. However, bathroom towels and washcloths were plentiful. Need more pillows on the king bed with the Great view to the ocean. The deck was amazing to sit on. Condo has plenty of room. The weather was cold and we had wind advisories ever day. Windy as all get out when your up that high but Spectacular views. Would we come back? Absolutely!!!!

Beautiful family vacation spot

Me and family absolutely adored this cozy condo. Although the ages in our family were older I think this condo would be perfectly accommodating to younger individuals in a family(just make sure to keep them off the balcony ofc!). The security of the facility was fantastic and we felt very comfortable letting the older teens walk around. The view was incredible to wake up and the walk to the beach was very short. The place was very clean and the decor was pleasing to the eye, it was definitely better in person! We will definitely stay again when traveling to this region of Florida!

Great tennis tournament

This is our annual January tennis tournament. Everything overall was good. The door code was wrong when we arrived, but was able to get in touch with someone and resolved it quickly. Access to patio in bedroom door had issues. Staff came quickly, had to order parts. All turned out ok

Great location and great condo. Beautiful beach! A lot of problem with unit.

Locks on sliding doors were broke, ceiling fans broke, washer did not wash, and pipe above unit broke. Beach escapes gave me clean towels for me to clean someone else’s toilet above me that broke. Gross, unacceptable!!!!

Not worth what we paid

Up keep and cleanliness was terrible but condo was in a great location elevators were on the fritz the whole time we were there one wouldn’t close part of the time condo was a little dated but needed a good cleaning our feet were black after being there an hour the host however did come the next day a mop really good for us . The shower doors had mold around them and the blankets left for us to use on pull out sofa bed had blood or chocolate or something all over it. A+ to host for responsiveness but you need a new cleaning crew people spend alot for cleaning of the condos they should be clean the countertops even has sand on them and when you sit on couches sand came up to top of the material on the cushions.

Very unexpected!

Before arrival we confirmed with the rental agency on how many cars that were allowed. They confirmed 1 car per bedroom. So 3 bedrooms would be 3 cars. That was not case the security people at the gate stated only 2 cars were allowed. When attempting to show them our paperwork that stated this they freaked out and said we were getting hostile and told the 3rd vehicle to leave the property. So we had to unload outside the gate and find additional parking somewhere else. The rental agency said we could park at there bldg the only problem was they gave us the wrong address which 10 miles in the opposite direction. The rooms were not clean when we finally was able to check in. There was hair all over the bathrooms, you could tell floors have not been cleaned. The washing machine smelled like rotten eggs. This place could be really nice. The staff was more focused on be social than doing what was needed to be done. Steps to the beach were always cluttered with shoes and wagons. Making it difficult for the elderly to pass through. Even though we didn't get beach chairs and unbrella like the rest of the renters did at the facility (as the rental agency stated it was an HOA rule). The beach staff was outstanding. All the rental agency could say was sorry and here are some donuts for the problems. This very unacceptable and I suggest no one rents this property.

The property was great!! We always stay at Hidden Dunes and this is the first time we stayed in the condos. We usually stay in a Villa. Closer to the beach and less walking so we loved it.
