About this property
Mid-Century Southold Retreat: Heated Pool + Woods
Summary:
A design-forward 3-bedroom retreat in Southold with curated mid-century interiors, floor-to-ceiling glass, and a heated lap pool surrounded by woods. Complete privacy. Less than half a mile to a Long Island Sound beach. Dedicated workspace with printer for remote stays. Sleeps 6.
Two-week minimum per Southold regulation. Non-shedding dogs considered with approval. No cats
The Space:

Living, Dining, Kitchen
The main level is open and light-filled with polished concrete floors, double-height ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling glass. The living area features authentic mid-century pieces: Eames rocker, Nelson accents, vintage scientific prints, and a working record player.
The kitchen has warm wood cabinetry, a gas cooktop, full-size appliances, and a marble-topped island. The dining table seats six under a Noguchi-style pendant with views of the pool and surrounding trees.
Upper Lounge and Workspace
The upper level has a second lounge with sectional sofa and TV, plus a dedicated workspace with desk and printer. Good for remote work, creative projects, or giving kids their own zone.

Pool heat available approximately May through September. Heat fee: $45/day.
