The cosy and rustic Es Puput estate in Mallorcan style is located in Petra near Alcúdia Beach, a town in Mallorca a short distance from all points of the island.
The property has a private swimming pool of 7m x 3.5m, pool towels, barbecue, furnished terraces and landscaped areas with four sun loungers and an umbrella to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and will turn your holidays into an unbeatable disconnection time. The carefully styled decoration preserves the essence of the island. It is characterised by beautiful and classic old natural stone walls. You will be able to leave your car in its private parking within the property.
The house is distributed over two floors and can accommodate 5 guests. It has a cosy living room and dining room with Smart TV, a large kitchen, equipped with everything necessary so you can pamper your family and friends, you have a Thermomix at your service! It has 2 bedrooms with a bathroom on the ground floor, one of them with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Another bedroom with two single beds, a small library and another bathroom with shower are located on the first floor. The bedrooms have recently been equipped with powerful ceiling fans. The property also has air conditioning in all bedrooms and a cosy pellet stove has been installed in the living room, which creates a homely atmosphere and makes the property attractive even in the winter months.
