The highlights of your exclusive villa:
•You’ll stay in the right half of the house, which features 3 bedrooms. This half of the house also offers a living room with a sleeper sofa (double bed), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a balcony, and a terrace. 157 square metres of living space
•We also offer a guest room with a double bed, a large bathroom, and a kitchenette. Separate entrance and bookable separately through FeWo.
•All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. 15 kilowatt-hours are included per day. Any additional kilowatt-hours are charged at 30 cents each.
• Spacious Garden & Pool Area: The heart of the villa is the expansive, green garden. Here you’ll find a large pool that provides the perfect way to cool off on hot days while you enjoy the Mallorcan sun on the lounge chairs.
• Holiday Vibes at the Tiki Bar: Our pool bar, designed in authentic Tiki style, is a real eye-catcher. Mix your own cocktails and enjoy the tropical atmosphere right by the water—the perfect spot for social evenings.
• Grilling fun & outdoor dining: What would a summer holiday be without a BBQ? The large grill in the garden invites you to prepare fresh fish from the market or local delicacies under the open sky and enjoy them together on the terrace.
• Entertainment included: You’re guaranteed never to get bored here! Challenge your family or friends to a game of pool—great fun for young and old alike, right at the house.

In Porto Cristo (Mallorca), holidaymakers pay the so-called Ecotasa (tourist tax).
€2.00 per night per person.
Starting on the 9th night, the tax is reduced by 50%.
Children under 16 are exempt.
The tourist tax is payable upon arrival at the accommodation.
