Great location in Nashville! Walkable to many restaurants and bars. During our stay the property had a free /Whoosh' shuttle to downtown (convention center) easily arranged by a call to the desk. Nice pool, well-equipped gym. We will return!

The property was ok. Great location and the shuttle to Broadway is a very nice amenity. The room is starting to show wear and tear. Although we arrived an hour after check-in the room was not ready. Staff hurried to get it cleaned and were apologetic. Otherwise check in and out were smooth processes.

Thank you for staying and for your feedback. We’re glad the location and shuttle were helpful and that check‑in/out otherwise went smoothly. I’m sorry the room showed wear and wasn’t ready on arrival — thank you for your patience while our team worked to get it cleaned. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again. — GoodNight Stay
