This unit includes golf privileges to the Torreon courses (see fees and restrictions below). 3 Bedroom 3 Bath all large bedrooms with king size comfortable beds and TVs in each room including Direct TV. Upgraded furniture throughout and large TV in family room. Fully loaded kitchen including a Keurig combo coffee maker. You choose the K-cups or brew a full pot of coffee. You will love spending time on the extended deck with built in BBQ, nice sitting areas, propane fire pit and outdoor dining. NO PETS ALLOWED AND ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING

Show Low is a great area for hiking, fishing, golfing, and Skiing. There are many things to do here and the seasonal changes make any time of year a great time of year to enjoy time with friends and family. The local club facilities, like pool, fitness and family rec center are NOT available to renters, however access is included with the golf transfer.

GOLF TRANSFER: Torreon offers two championship golf courses. To play at Torreon, you must have paid the transfer fee when renting this unit. Up to four people can use the golf transfer. The first person is $400 (subject to change by Torreon Golf Club), and each additional person is $150 for the next 3 people (Max 4 total). As a transfer member, you can play both courses (check seasonal availability) for cart fee only, approximately $60. There are no longer guest privileges allowed with the golf transfer so only up to the four people on the transfer can play. We are only allowed 2 transfers per month so please check before booking to make sure the transfer is still available for the time frame requested. Minimum one week stay is required to use the transfer.
