Nice condo, but you can tell it’s starting to have wear and tear throughout (broken trashcan, handle broken on sliding door, just small things). I didn’t notice in the listing that there wasn’t a washer/dryer, but there was one available on our floor.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed your stay despite those minor issues. We apologize for the wear and tear you noticed—we'll address the trashcan and sliding door handle right away. We appreciate you noting the washer/dryer situation. You're right that it's not in the unit, and we'll make sure our listing is clearer about the shared laundry facilities on your floor for future guests. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to improve!
