Dream vacation! Perfect proximity to the beach and the view was beautiful. Huge balcony! You can either rent chairs/umbrellas or set up your own umbrella but no canopies or tents are allowed. The water was so clear we saw a manatee swim along the shoreline twice!

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, cozy, clean, and felt so welcoming from the moment we walked in. The entire property was gorgeous and very well maintained. The landscaping and plants were beautiful, and you could tell the property was very well managed and cared for.We were so comfortable here and truly enjoyed everything about the condo and the property. It was the perfect place for our trip and somewhere we would absolutely stay again.I also have to brag on Real Joy Vacations because they were amazing to work with. They were extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they were quick to respond and made everything so easy. Their customer service truly stood out and made our experience that much better.We had such a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend both this condo and Real Joy Vacations!

Location location location. 2nd floor was perfect because it seemed like it was ground level with the dunes. It made for a great view. First floor definitely would not have the same view. Pool was empty every day and well kept. There are a few very nice outdoor showers when returning from the beach. Chairs avail at the beach for about 45/day and worth it. Unit is a little more dated than the photos appear. The bed was nice and clean (im the one who has to lift the covers before I get in). Shower was same. I will say the unit could use a good deep cleaning, some of the commonly touched areas were a little dirty, floors could use a good scrub and I wouldn't sit on the couch without swiping a sheet from the 2nd bedroom to sit on. I feel sometimes this area lacks when its a rental agency vs. an actual owner. The fridge is nice and clean and cold. The back patio spans both the master and living room so its plenty spacious and the chairs/high table were great to sit in and look at the gorgeous water. Communication was great as I had a couple questions along the way, very responsive.

Beautiful condo, beautiful view & gorgeous landscaping. Only drawback to note: primary bath is in the hallway not en-suite. Not a big deal but unusual. Thanks!
